Rubens is born as a new gastronomic proposal in the house that belonged to Fernando Saldías, renowned Peruvian artist and collector of Rubens' work. The signature cuisine offered by our chef Roberto Boyle offers a unique experience, inspired by the works of the German painter Pedro Pablo Rubens to create dishes worth taking a risk for.

Our menu is inspired by flavors and techniques acquired by our chef in different trips around the world, a fusion of French, Italian, Asian techniques and the constant exploration of Peruvian inputs that make the food of Rubens is an experience full of flavors, surrounded by art, being in the room Rubens is transported to a place you will not find in Lima, as it is unique and exclusive.

Rubens paintings are the main inspiration for the creation of our dishes, these express dynamism and sensuality while playing with the female figure. By adopting these elements we manage to have daring and abundant dishes, away from the gourmet concept.
